Dr. Newby? More like Dr. New-BAE!
She was such a pleasure to work with. Although rounds can be long, they are extremely educational and she really talks through everything with the team. She obviously cares deeply about all of her patients and also makes sure not to waste your time. She takes medical students ideas and thoughts into account as team members and makes everyone feel respected on the team. I wish I could have worked with her longer, and I will try to emulate a lot of her qualities as a future physician.
