Dr. Jones cares deeply for her patients and has excellent bedside manner. The largest difficulty though is that rounds can go on for much longer than other attendings. As other students have said here, she has a very specific presentation style that she likes and can get frustrated when people deviate from that. READ HER GUIDE she sends on the first day is this lays it out *exactly* the way she wants it. Make sure to list out EVERY problem they have, and that every medication has a problem that it falls under. This often means that you will need to work quickly and thoroughly to craft an H&P if you're staffing that pt soon, so do not waste any time.
Doesn't do a lot of guided learning but answers questions/educates well on rounds when asked. Overall, I feel like my time with Dr. Jones allowed me to adapt my presentations very well to other attendings. Just make sure to increase shelf study on weeks with other attendings.
